сущ.Русское слова совет обозначает советы разного типа, даваемые по разному поводу и в разных обстоятельствах. В английском языке все эти аспекты передаются разными словами, которые уточняют характер совета: кем, когда и при каких обстоятельствах он дан.1. offer — предложение (того, что реально можно дать, предоставить, сделать): a tempting offer — соблазнительное предложение; an unacceptable offer — неприемлемое предложение; an offer of smth — предложение чего-либо I appreciate your kind offer of help. — Я ценю ваше предложение помочь мне. Не got an interesting offer of job abroad. — Он получил предложение интересной работы за границей. Your offers are unacceptable. — Ваши предложения неприемлемы.2. suggestion — предложение (темы, предмета, действии, которые можно обсуждать): to make a suggestion — выступать с предложением That is an excellent suggestion. — Это отличное предложение. The proposition was put before the Senate. — Это предложение было внесено на рассмотрение в сенат.6. motion — предложение ( выдвигаемое на собрании): to bring forward a motion — выносить предложение/выдвигать предложение; to carry a motion — принимать предложение ( при голосовании)/ пронести предложение ( при голосовании); to put the motion on the vole — поставить предложение на голосование The motion was carried unanimously. — Предложение было принято единогласно. Let's vote on the motion. —Давайте проголосуем за это предложение./ Давайте поставим предложение на голосование. The motion was defeated/voted down. — Это предложение провалилось./Это предложение не было принято./Это предложение не набрало нужного количества голосов.
